At Deml Heating & Air Conditioning we have always prided ourselves in family values.  We were started as a family business and we will continue into the future the same way.

We are now in our 3rd generation, and as our track record shows the core beliefs Roger brought into the business still carries on through all these years, and will be there for many more years to come.

Roger Deml, Tony Deml and Brian Deml

Roger Deml Roger opened the doors to Deml Heating and Air Conditioning in 1969 after working in the gas and heating industry for a number of years. Roger Deml created a business model that many have tried to replicate.  His philosophy is simple "treat the customers fairly and as you would want to be treated".  Obviously this has worked since we now have grown, moved and expanded a few times since Roger started out in his garage. Roger's son and daughter-in-law, Brian & Paula, purchased the family business from Roger in 2013. As Roger retires from heating & air conditioning,  his business will carry on as he built it.   Roger continues to be involved with Fireplace Connections with his son Scott Deml when he isn't enjoying the serenity of his home in northern Wisconsin.

Brian Deml Brian has always been around this family business.  In 1982 he started as a full time employee at Deml Heating and Air Conditioning. He has worked his way up from floor sweep, into the shop, and then many years as an installer and service technician, which he continues in today.  Brian also does our system layout & custom design.  His attention to new technologies and ever evolving application strategies shows his commitment to the overall continued growth of this company.

Tony Deml Tony is the Service Manager at Deml Heating and Air Conditioning, and is Brian and Paula's son.  Like Brian, he grew up in the business and was crawling around the inside of duct work as early as kindergarten!  Tony started out part time when he was in junior high, and became a full time employee after graduating from high school in 2008.  As technology changes, Tony stays on top of the curve in order to keep your home comfortable whether it's -30° or 90°.

Meghan Deml Meghan is our Operations Manager, and Tony's wife.  Meghan came on board in September of 2014.  When you call into our office, it's going to be Meghan on the other end 99% of the time.  If you need a service call she will pull your service history and dispatch Tony to come out and see what you've got going on.  When you are looking to have someone come out to give you an estimate to replace your aging equipment, she will take down all your information and have Brian or Tony call you to set up a time to stop by.  Meghan really is the heartbeat of our office.

Paula Deml Paula is around the office most days, but is more "behind the scenes" handling the accounting end of the office.  She also does all of our marketing and creates all of the advertising you've seen.   While helping with the office at Deml Heating and Air Conditioning, she has also handled the daily operations of her family business, Alpha Aviation Inc., since 1999.
