A Duct Blaster test is used to measure duct leakage in a new or existing home.
Duct leakage can increase heating and cooling costs over 30% and contribute to comfort, health and safety problems. A duct blaster combines a small fan and a pressure gauge to pressurize a home’s duct system and accurately measure air leakage of the ductwork. This test is similar to a pressure test of a plumbing system.
Based upon the results of the Duct Blaster test, we can determine where your duct work is leaking and format a plan to seal those leaks and deliver the airflow to the intended areas.
